During the recent TBEX (Travel Bloggers Exchange conference) in Keystone, Colorado, the opening night party featured the most impressive chocolate pastry display by chef Ned Archibald of Keystone Resorts. There were a number of other fascinating creations, but I have to say the tacos were definitely my favorite (probably my subconscious craving for good Mexican food).
