05-Dec-2015: Fantôme de Noel by Brasserie Fantôme. Spicy! Has hints of cinnamon red hot candies. And a nice sourness in the base. An interesting and tasty holiday blend. 10% ABV. #ottbeerdiary #ottadvent15

04-Dec-2015: Trapella Especial de Nadal by La Birreria Andorra. Wow, surprised at the amount of flavor in this one! Lots of dark coffee and cocoa bitterness. Good body. Just a bit lacking in aroma. #ottbeerdiary #ottadvent15

03-Dec-2015: Noël De Silenrieux by Brasserie De Silenrieux. "The Beer that can make you dream." A little sweet, but rather tasty. Has a nice balance of alcohol and flavor. A little fruity. Reminds me of some of the better dark Trappists. 9% ABV. #ottbeerdiary

02-Dec-2015: X-Mas Zinnebir (2015) by Brasserie de la Senne. While I do like many of De la Senne's beers, this one is A bit too sweet for my taste. Still a decent bitterness underneath. #ottbeerdiary #ottadvent15

30-Nov-2015: Triporteur Wild & Funky by BOMBrewery. Sour ale of 5.5%. Not quite as sour as I expected or hoped. A bit watery. Good. But not great. #ottbeerdiary

29-Nov-2015: Tre Fontane Tripel by Abbazia Tre Fontane. Quite tasty. Malty and bitter. And the aromas just kept growing in the glass as it sat. #ottbeerdiary

28-Nov-2015: Sink the Fish by Robens Kerker Bräu. Ok. I'm impressed with this little brewery. This 8.7% IIPA has a very nice bitterness. There's a malty aroma that doesn't overpower the flavor. Well done! #ottbeerdiary

27-Nov-2015: Berliner Kindl Weisse mit Schuss Waldmeister by Berliner-Kindl-Schultheiss-Brauerei. Wtf? It's bright green?!? Like, Neon! That was quite unexpected when it was placed in front of me. And so was its quality! A marzipan, nutty, sour flavor. Quite a surprise vs the first appearance. But...I do like it! #ottbeerdiary

26-Nov-2015: Imperial Rum Barrel Aged Pumking by Southern Tier Brewing Company. This is from last year, but saved specifically for tonight! A little sweet, but flavorful. Even a little buttered popcorn aroma and flavor. Quite a nice flavor / spice mix. And a nice underlying Hoppiness too. #ottbeerdiary

25-Nov-2015: Meneer de Uil - Bowmore Barrel Aged Imperial Stout by Het Uiltje. Strong barrel aroma. Peaty barrel flavor. Some dark coffee bitter sneaking in underneath. But mostly barrel. Pehaps too much. 85 EBU? Really? #ottbeerdiary

24-Nov-2015: The Chocolate Manifesto - Triple Chocolate Milk Stout by Flying Monkeys Craft Brewery. Not enough body, and no real beer flavor to speak of. No hop bitter. Chocolatey, but more chocolate powder tasting. I'm disappointed. #ottbeerdiary
