East Coast IPA. Green hoppy, piney aroma. Hoppy bitter. Light malt and light tropical fruit. Good citrus bitter finish.

Licoricey anise aroma. Flavor of coffee and quite some black licorice. Good body. Some sweetness offsetting the bitter and anise.

Alcohol content: 5.7%

Serving Style: 0.75l Bottle

Dark cocoa aroma. Flavor is chocolaty coffee bitter with medium spice. Actually a bit more balanced than I expected.

Alcohol content: 7.0%

Purchased from: Prik & Tik, Arendonk, Belgium

American Pale Ale with rye and dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra. Fruity and bitter aroma. Nice head with a fruity bitter flavor. Nice hoppy pale ale bitterness throughout.

Alcohol content: 10.5%

Serving Style: Bottle

Purchased from: De Bierbrigadier, Eindhoven, The Netherlands

Imperial Stout with Caramelized Miso Paste and Tonka Beans, aged in Rum Barrels. In fact, this is Billionaire aged on rum barrels. Dark aroma with a sour hint. Flavor is a nice fruity tart and excellent cocoa stout. Really nicely balanced.

Day 1137: February 10, 2018 Apistogramma by De Kromme Haring and Brouwerij Frontaal

Serving Style: Bottle

Belgian Tripel. Fruity bitter. Strong alcohol flavor. A bit of marzipan.
