This post is a part of the 2015 New Beer Every Day Beer Diary Challenge, #ottbeerdiary. Over the course of 2015, I will be trying a new beer every day. Please read the background in the link above, and enjoy reading about the most recently tasted beers below. If you’d like to join the challenge as well, let me know in the comments below, and be sure to check out Grown-up Travel Guide and his #grownupbeerdiary, where Andy Higgs came up with the diary format in use below. Day 250: September 7, 2015
Diary entry:
I’m kind of glad I took it easy yesterday. Got a good night’s sleep, and was ready for an offsite workshop this morning. And have similar meetings the next two days as well.
This is going to be a long week!
But good topics, and ones I’ve been waiting a few months for us to get to. So I’ll make sure I’m ready for them.
The Beer:

Style: Doppelbock
Producer: Brauhaus Riegele

Ator 20 by Brauhaus Riegele. Wonderfully intense chocolate aroma. Cocoa and bitter flavor. Not sweet like I would have feared. Excellent!

Dark Temptation. Malty and Strong.
Enjoy the aroma of specialty beer ATOR 20. This beer owes its flavor to a cold primary fermentation and a long cold maturation of 20° Plato. Strong Malt body. Discover this world championship specialty brew in a beautiful moment with the eyes, nose, and mouth feel.
