Indeed, quite a lot of change! I have a friend who goes to Budapest regularly and is always finding new craft beer locations that have just opened since his prior visit, just a few months earlier. But also some do close. It’s a great city for visiting though. And the prices are really rather good, even for the imports.

So many of these places have opened since I last visited the city in 2013 (none existed, at least I was not familiar with any, back in 2001-2001 when I lived there).
