Day 265: September 22, 2015
Diary entry:
Quite a long day today!
Had a 9AM appointment in De Haag, so started my day at 4:30AM to be sure I arrived on time. Followed this up with a drive back to Veldhoven, where my final meeting was scheduled for 1PM to 7PM.
Big meeting, a deep dive on project one, including my company’s COO and CFO. A bit imposing, especially since I had not yet met the CFO and had not really worked with the COO in three years. But I think it all went pretty well.
Had a dinner afterwards with my former business partner from Taiwan. Was good to catch up!
The Beer:
Name: Beerze 7.5
Style: Belgian Blonde
Producer: Brouwerij De Gouden Leeuw
Alcohol content: 7.5%
Bottle size: 0.33l
Purchased from: Inntel Hotels Art Eindhoven
Beerze 7.5 by Brouwerij De Gouden Leeuw. More bitter than fruity blonde. Which I prefer. Actually, this is quite good.
Commercial Description
A golden blond, specialty brewed according to a family recipe from 1948 using pilsner malt and special Munich and Vienna malts. The brewing processes makes use of three kinds of aroma hops. The beer is full bodied, balanced and rich in flavor with a hint of sweet.
