No es correcto lo que mencionas Isabel, en México se hacen diferentes tipos de ceviche y no tienen su origen el cebiche peruano. Seguramente lo mismo pasa en otros paises de América Latina y Centroamérica.]]></description>

Perhaps before you accused me of getting my facts right, you should&#039;ve read the entire post as I have a section about the history of ceviche (which was not really what this post was about, but we included it anyway). And, you would&#039;ve noticed I linked to an article about ceviche&#039;s history and its origins in Peru. As for the pronunciation, it can be multiple ways (and spellings) depending on where you are. In Belize and Yucatan where I&#039;ve lived and worked for nearly 15 years, it&#039;s more commonly pronounced with the y versus h. I checked with several local chefs before publishing. I also confirmed pronunciation again right now with a Belizean/Mexican colleague sitting next to me. Thanks!]]></description>
