This post is a part of the 2015 New Beer Every Day Beer Diary Challenge, #ottbeerdiary. Over the course of 2015, I will be trying a new beer every day. Please read the background in the link above, and enjoy reading about the most recently tasted beers below. If you’d like to join the challenge as well, let me know in the comments below, and be sure to check out Grown-up Travel Guide and his #grownupbeerdiary, where Andy Higgs came up with the diary format in use below. Day 41: February 10, 2015
Diary entry:
Well, computer worked today, and pretty much back to normal.
A few meetings. A lot of email catchup.
More stuff to look forward to later this week.
And tonight, emails not working on my phone. Tomorrow may start off pretty fun…
The Beer:
Name: La Clochette Ambrée
Style: Belgian Pale Ale
Producer: Brasserie de la Clochette
Alcohol content: 7.0%
Bottle size: 0.50l
Purchased from: Durbuy, Belgium.
Tonight’s beer is a La Clochette Ambrée by Brasserie de la Clochette that I picked up in Durbuy, Belgium. Rich amber color with a nice head. I expected a pretty weak flavored beer, but got a surprisingly good hoppy ale instead!
