This post is a part of the 2015 New Beer Every Day Beer Diary Challenge, #ottbeerdiary. Over the course of 2015, I will be trying a new beer every day. Please read the background in the link above, and enjoy reading about the most recently tasted beers below. If you’d like to join the challenge as well, let me know in the comments below, and be sure to check out Grown-up Travel Guide and his #grownupbeerdiary, where Andy Higgs came up with the diary format in use below. Day 286: October 13, 2015
Diary entry:
Another full agenda, with a first meeting before 8AM, a team meeting, an afternoon off-site, and late afternoon work sessions on a number of of important topics to finish off the day. Unfortunately, that finishing off of the day didn’t come until almost 8PM. A very long day!
Felt good to get home and relax a little tonight, with some mushroom pasta as a quick, relaxing dinner.
Tomorrow is another day!
The Beer:
Name: La Salamandre
Style: Blonde Ale
Producer: Brasserie de la Pigeonnelle

La Salamandre by Brasserie de la Pigeonnelle. Blonde de Touraine. Pur Malt. 6.5% ABV. Some bitterness, a little fruit. A bit malty, and a little sweetness. But finishes a little watery.
