We had sambal stingray on our list to try, but that was the only item on the list we didn’t get to. I must say our favorite dishes were minced pork noodle, chili crab, chwee kueh, and the fried char kway teow. However, everything we ate was amazing. I agree with your assessment on the chili crab; the mantou buns were definitely the best part and we ordered extra!
