It was rough trust me! The lunch at Narisawa was just days before the fruit bat too. HAHA I was talking all tough before we went to Palau and then started looking at pictures and nearly died. Fortunately, the place we were recommended to was great – they “carved” it and removed all the gross parts whereas we’ve heard stories about other places where they just serve the soup and you have to go at it yourself. There is not enough sake and shochu in the world for me to do that. LOL
