I’ve mentioned on countless occasions how much I miss Mexican food from Los Angeles, so not surprisingly I get my fill when I go home.  Normally, I’m not a fan of melted cheese like this on chips, but this brings me back to my childhood when my grandparents would bring this in from time to time. I know it’s like a heart attack waiting to happen, but a worthy splurge once, or three, times a year. Bring on the chips, cheese, and guacamole! 🙂
