I’m starting to edit the several thousand photos we took during our long weekend in Hong Kong and wanted to start by sharing a picture of the signature dark chocolate hot chocolate from The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong’s Chocolate Library. Made with premium dark chocolate, this was a delightful way to start what turned out to be a serious chocolate fest during “Afternoon Chocolate Tea”!
