In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, had to share a photo from my previous trip to Ireland back in 2009. When I think back to our tour at the Guinness Brewery, I always remember the smell of the roasted barley in vats. If you haven’t visited the Guinness Brewery, I highly recommend the tour. It’s not near as touristy as I expected — it was very educational and there’s a restaurant where you can enjoy lunch and then head up to the Gravity Bar where you can redeem your free pint of Guinness.
