I’ve been feeling under the weather the past few days and could definitely go for a good bowl of Vietnamese Pho right now. If you have never tried it – you are definitely missing out. It’s quite the cure all and has become one of my favorite comfort foods. When we first moved to Asia, I never understood how the Taiwanese ate soup nearly every day, even when it was 100 degrees out. I am starting to get it as I find myself craving hot soups like Taiwan Beef Noodles or the Vietnamese Pho now. I wonder if I will revert to my Mac & Cheese and Taco Bell for comfort food if and when we ever move back to the United States. 🙂
