Although we have not posted on here in a bit, we still have been out and eating! I’ve been on the road for the last six weeks and have a couple day breather before gearing up to head out for another month. During my few days at home, we managed to do a couple nice dinners and one of the highlights was this slow-roasted Wagyu ribeye with homemade French fries and truffle sauce.
This was from Justin’s Signatures in Taipei, Taiwan. We did an unexpected dinner there with our friend and sommelier from Robuchon, Benoit. The new chef at Justin’s Signatures came from Robuchon and seems like she is settling in quite nicely! Full post of the dinner to follow!
