After the incredible weekend we had in Hong Kong, I figured it was only fitting to feature what had everyone talking during the trip — the 6 kilo roasted pig for our private dinner of 22+ at 208 Duecento Otto in Hong Kong’s Central District. We had asked our wonderful friend @3starbackpacker to put something together for dinner while we were in town and what we got was a private room at 208 with 20 other foodies and industry professionals — and the piggy — which ultimately had its own hashtag on Twitter #208piggy!

I can’t believe it’s got / had its own hashtag on Twitter! That’s great. I bet you weren’t expecting that as a welcome. How lovely.
