To be honest, today was a bit of a blur.
Typical Thursday, where I start off in a bit of a daze due to less sleep from the #FoodTravelChat 2-3 AM. But it’s always a fun chat that I enjoy moderating.
Did get done what I needed to at work. At least some of it. And it’s almost a three-day weekend, so there is that to look forward to.

Tonight’s beer of the night is the Robustus 6 by Riegele BierManufaktur. “Kraftiges Vergnugen”, or Strong Pleasure. Pitch black color with a dark creamy head. Not much aroma and flavor at first, but once it sits in the glass a few minutes, both really come out. Lots of chocolate and coffee aroma and flavor both. Definitely be patient with this one!
