I’m not a huge fan of the spirit (sans margarita mixings) but I know if I learned more and sampled some good ones I might learn to appreciate it. And while I usually don’t trust Mexican food outside of California and Mexico, especially in touristy places like the Vegas Strip (one of the worst tacos I’ve ever had was there, somewhere near the Monte Carlo), it sounds like this place knew what they are doing!
