Thinking back to those pork buns...heaven! Glad to hear dinner was good too! We'd like to try more than the dim sum on a future trip. WOW, shocked to hear the Chocolate Library is so booked out! Yes, we did it as well (a post I need to get written up!) We did the chocolate afternoon tea and our dining companion had the chocolate souffle, which was really good. The chocolate tea was a bit much considering we had just eaten breakfast in the lounge a couple hours prior. We had a lot of ground to cover that weekend! :-) BTW, just checked out your website - OMG! I can't take my eyes of the Champagne and Balsamic Vinegars! I am a sucker for gourmet oils and vinegars. We are headed to Vancouver in a month for a travel bloggers conference -- we definitely need to touch base with you! I see you are going to be at Granville Island on the 10th -- we are doing a media tour of the markets that Friday morning.

I was there last week, the food & the view are fantastic, we have dim sum and an evening dinner at the same restaurant, the Crab soup the Iberian pork and the best mango dessert ever, the dim sum was upscale with little extra such as gold leaf on dumpling the pork bun have a very different texture then the classic one, the abalone pie... Have you try the Chocolate library.
I ear they are fully book till August

Hi Cass,
I Called the hotel directly at +852 2263 2263 and asked for Restaurant Reservations when the hotel operator picked up. They have a special desk for just restaurant reservations it seemed.
Enjoy your visit!

Hi, I am thinking of bringing my mom there next week during our vacation for some good dim sum and your entry has helped out a lot. Just wondering, what number did you guys call to make a reservation? I've tried searching online but I can't seem to find it. Would be great if you still had it. Thanks!
