As relaxing as yesterday was, today was even more!
Ok, so a guilty admission. We hooked up the Wii that Erin’s mom bought her in the States, and spent quite some time playing games and catching up on movies and TV shows.
And enjoying some pure, blissful relaxation.

White Label Imperial Russian Stout Maker’s Mark Bourbon Barrel Aged by Bierbrouwerij Emelisse. Very little head. Subdued flavors. Some toffee caramel aroma. Slight sweetness and dark bitterness underneath. Not a lot of barrel.
