Diary entry:
I had a weirdly productive day today.
Originally my plan was to be in an all-day workshop for project three, but since there were 25 people invited to a 15 person meeting room, I was deinvited at the last minute, which I was actually not too upset about. I had left my meeting conflicts in my agenda, and managed to attend most of those still, but had some open spots left over which I was able to use for really productive catch-up work.

Purchased from: Mammoth Brewing Company
Wild Sierra Mountain Farmhouse Ale by Mammoth Brewing Company. A fine saison. Hints of pine aroma. Decent bitterness and some funk flavor. A little sweet and spicy.
Commercial Description:
Made with local ingredients, indigenous to region near Mammoth, CA. Made with Belgian ale yeast, Saison yeast, and wild yeast harvested off of local Piñon Pine needles, containing Lactobacillus, lending some extra tartness.
