21-Jan-2016: Wadesda #6 by Brasserie de la Senne of Brussels, Belgium. Sixth in a line of De La Senne Ezperiments. 5.5% ABV in a 33cl Bottle. Meant to be enjoyed fresh, not aged. A Hoppy blonde. Bitter with a bit of sweet as well. Very well balanced, but every sip finishing off with some citrus bitter. Wadesda 6 is brewed with freeze dried Perle hops from Locher-Hopfen, compared with their normal Perle hop pellets in Wadesda 5. #ottbeerdiary

Bottled Feb 11, 2015. Best by Nov 11, so I'm a bit late in drinking. Didn't matter. Beautiful bitterness. Citrusy bitter, both on the aroma and flavor. Decent body, not watery in the least. Excellent bitter IPA. #ottbeerdiary

16-Jan-2016: Quadrupel Poorter by Brouwerij Kleiburg. One of the best beers I tried today at the Amsterdams Bierfeest at Conscious Hotels in Amsterdam. Nine Amsterdam Brewers, all of them brining their A-game. This is really an excellent Porter. Quite delicious. Nice mix of dark, bitter, and sweet. #ottbeerdiary

13-Jan-2015: Trigo Edición Limitada Premio Yokohama 2014 by Cervezas La Cibeles. Winner of the award for best craft wheat beer at the 2014 Yokohama International Beer Competition. 10648 bottles in honor of the 10648 kilometers between Madrid and Tokyo. Wish I drank this last summer when it was fresher and the weather warmer. Nice foamy head when pouring. Wheaty aroma. Soft, fruity flavor at first, giving way to a decent bitterness that's a bit of a surprise. Gets even better in the glass after a few minutes. #ottbeerdiary
