This past week, I lucked out and was able to sample the newest chocolate truffle Kakaw Belizean Chocolates is debuting in their retail location here in San Pedro, Belize. Made with the new seasonal Belikin beer, Sorrel Stout, these decadent treats are topped with candied bacon for that extra sinful touch.
Talk about being in the right place at the right time, these were just made and were not even released for sale yet. They were just released yesterday so, if you happen to be in Belize, hop over to Ambergris Caye and get some Sorrel Stout Truffles before they are all gone for the season.
