Here’s to Tequila Tuesday…with a little twist of beer! One of my favorite new drinks here on Ambergris Caye, Belize is the Strawberry Beerita from Caramba Restaurant and Bar in San Pedro. A giant strawberry margarita comes served with a local Lighthouse Lager beer inside. Be wary though, a couple of these will sneak up on you quickly!
