09-Oct-2015: Daybreak by Hill Farmstead Brewery and Mikkeller. To end the week, break the day! Bitter dark chocolate aroma. More bitter dark flavor. Some toast from barrel. Anise undertones. Some hints of the citrus and French orange liqueur as well. Nice! #ottbeerdiary
