Apple and Honeyed Marcona Almond Salad with Oil and Apple Vingarette Dressing
This is a homemade salad with mixed greens, apple chunks, and Marcona almonds coated in honey and brown sugar and then toasted. Added some shaved Parmesan cheese and tossed with a oil and apple vinegar dressing.
