The photo does not even begin to do this brunch justice. Without a doubt, the best Eggs Benedict I have ever tasted. From the exquisite Hollandaise sauce and perfectly poached eggs, to the one-of-a-kind homemade bacon — this is the stuff that culinary porn is made of. I’ve dreamt about it, wondered if I could get away with just flying over to Hong Kong for brunch one morning and coming straight back, and it continues to be on my mind…literally every day since.
